• We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and that is why we are offering all customers a 30 day money-back guarantee!
• If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund.
• If you don’t like your product, get a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

 

***Sometimes, your desired product may go out of stock during the exchange process. If this occurs, we will automatically issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.

**** We do not offer returns on some items, including socks, hats, and accessories.

***** Items purchased online can be returned for a store credit or exchange in-store, and vice versa. Please note if returning items in-store, proof of purchase is required.

In-store and Online Returns for Non-Realism Brand items

For purchases made online or in-store, we do not accept returns or exchanges regarding issues with size or colourway.

However, if a purchase is made In-store or Online whereby the item is faulty or not as described, we are able to provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The item must not have been worn, replaced and should be in the condition they were sold in.
