GENERAL

Q: Are all your products authentic?
A: Yes all items come with a 100% authentic guarantee and have a temper proof SSS authenticity tag. SSS has extensive experience in legit checking Yeezys, Supreme, Air Jordans and many other streetwear brands via our 7-point authentication process to ensure that SSS only offers the real thing to it's customers and nothing else!

Q: Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
SSS online only sells 100% new items. All items listed here are in pristine condition.

Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
A: We suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide for comprehensive sizing info. Or simply visit us instore to try before you buy! 

Q: Do you sell giftcards?
A: Yes we do! The gift of choice is one of the greatest gifts we recommend. Please see them here

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship. All stock listed online are on hand. 

Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking link. 

Q: Do you offer insurance with your shipments?
A: Insurance is available with an extra fee. Please select Parcel Guarantee when the window pops up after checkout.

Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: All items you see online are available on hand and shipped from one of our 3 SSS store locations.

Q: I received my parcel but there some items missing from my order?
A: SSS online displays stock from all 3 SSS locations and sometimes items need to be shipped separately. Hence your order may come in multiple parcels at different times. Please allow a few days for all parcels to arrive. 

Q: Do you accept returns on Realism brand items?

nline returns for store credit / exchanges: Please submit your return request here. Customers will need to cover postage and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product arrives in our hands in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. Please ensure to keep all proof of shipment and tracking info*

Instore returns for store credit / exchanges: You can visit any one of our branches with your item. The item must be in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. A receipt for proof of purchase is also required


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship worldwide and shipping may take 10-15 business days. 

SIZING

Q: How do Yeezys fit?

Yeezy sizing it is very different to other sneakers. We generally say to go 0.5 size up as it's a very narrow and flat shoe. However this may vary depending on the person whether they like a tighter/looser fit or if they have a narrow/wide foot, as well as the model of Yeezy you're wishing to purchase. Our best recommendation is that you come instore and try a pair on yourself so you can get the perfect size as we don't do any refunds or exchange for incorrect size.
